Establish ACMA as a premier American-Chinese medical and scientific organization. Function as a leader within the overseas Chinese medical community in establishing bridges to China.

Foster exchange of Scientific information between East and West, through education and research collaboration.

Develop educational programs in science and medicine for information dissemination in China.

Collaborate with other organizations to bridge the gap between medical research and its applications.
